The confidence vote comes as the Oireachtas prepares to take its Summer break.
Sinn Fein is being accused of wasting precious time in the Dail by calling for a vote of no confidence in the Government this week.
That's the view of Minister of State and Fine Gael TD for Longford-Westmeath Peter Burke.
It's reported Fine Gael Deputy Joe McHugh and Independent TD Marc MacSharry will be voting against the Sinn Fein motion of no confidence.
The confidence vote comes as the Oireachtas prepares to take its Summer break on Thursday.
