Demand for electric vehicles has taken a massive jump.
New research by DoneDeal has found demand for Premium EVs, which are less than 4 years old and worth over 30,000 euro, has risen by 268 percent in the year to January.
It also found 70 percent of motorists who ditch a petrol or diesel car plan to stick with an electric vehicle for their next purchase.
