Enoch Burke defies court order to stay away Westmeath school.
A schoolteacher has been convicted of contempt of court for breaching an order to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School.
Enoch Burke was arrested this morning, after turning up for work in defiance of an injunction to stay away from the premises in County Westmeath.
He is being brought to Mountjoy prison, where he will be detained until he purges his contempt or there are further High Court orders.
