Minister Says 'More Needs To Be Done' To Tackle Gender-Based Violence

He says the death of Aisling Murphy made it clear that action is needed.

The government's new strategy to tackle gender-based violence will require 'new money', according to the Higher Education Minister.

The plan, due to be presented next month, is set to include reviews into domestic homicides to see if potential red flags were missed.

There will also be new national campaigns around consent.
