The 2023 Westmeath Bachelor Festival took place on Saturday night.
The title of Ireland's most eligible bachelor has been brought back to the midlands.
29-year-old Ciaran Clarke from Rosemount was crowned the 2023 Westmeath Bachelor of the Year over the weekend.
He takes the honour from Kerry's Bryan Murphy, who claimed the title last year.
Mr. Clarke beat out competition from the likes of Killucan's James Doyle and Fabu D, also known as Black Paddy, at the Mullingar Arts Centre on Saturday night.
His self-written song and charismatic personality were the difference on the night, earning a unanimous decision from the judges.
