Budget costs are rising as the Paediatric Hospital is delayed.
The National Children's Hospital is being further delayed.
The Public Accounts Committee will today hear the hospital will not meet its scheduled completion date at the end of October.
Last February the Government gave the green light to a budget of €2.24bn for the hospital, but a statement from the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board warns ongoing delays are driving up costs.
