Those looking to buy in Laois are facing the biggest hike in prices since this time last year at 8.6%
The figure of €243,840 for Offaly represents an increase of 8.1%
While prices in Westmeath went up by just under 7% in 12 months.
Kerry and Sligo suffered the biggest jumps with prices in the two counties jumping by 9.8%.
