18 residential units are being proposed for Bracknagh.
Planning is being submitted for a new residential development in an Offaly town.
Thoval Properties Ltd is applying for planning permission to develop 18 residential units in Bracknagh village centre, comprising a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes, all designed as two-storey houses.
The proposal also includes connection to the mains sewer, landscaping works, boundary treatments, bin and bicycle storage, and car parking, as well as the demolition of an existing two-storey house.
The application says the aim is to provide a 'high-quality residential development in the centre of Bracknagh Town to meet the housing needs of the growing population'.
