Many rural roads will see the speed limit lowered this Friday.
There hasn't been enough communication over the changing of speed limits taking place this week.
That's according to an Offaly driving instructor, ahead of many rural roads seeing their limit lowered from 80kph to 60kph from this Friday.
A white circular sign with three diagonal black lines running through it will now indicate a road with a 60kph limit.
Joe Wynne, of Wynne's School of Motoring in Tullamore says the road laws already in place need to be better enforced:
