Edenderry's Rob Kelly - better known as the 'The Tattoo'd Chef'' is appearing on Virgin Media's The Restaurant at 9PM tonight.
Mr.Kelly will take his place at the judges table alongside Marco Pierre White and Rachel Allen.
He will be running the rule over dishes made by sports presenter Tommy Martin.
