A property on Tullamore's O'Connell Street is getting the green light to be converted.
The local authority in Offaly is giving the green light to a new proposed funeral parlour.
Applicants PJ Lambe, David Lambe and Edel Kenny are seeking to convert a house on Tullamore's O'Connell Street for the purpose.
They also sought permission for alterations to windows and doors at front, to create additional parking spaces and all other associated site works.
Offaly County Council is granting permission subject to seven conditions.
