Offaly County Council Reports Reverse Gender Pay Gap

Female workers earn almost 2% more than their male colleagues.

Women working in Offaly County Council are earning more than men. 

The local authorities Gender Pay Gap Report for 2025 shows on average, females are being paid 1.97% more than males. 

The report also indicated that the median rate of pay for women is 12.53%  higher than the same rate for men.

The gender pay gap measures the difference in the pay of all men in a company and all women.
