Offaly Man Is Elected To The Veterinary Council of Ireland

The Minister for Agriculture is to appoint the 4 elected practitioners.

An Offaly man is elected to the Veterinary Council of Ireland.

Arthur O’Connor is new to the role and has over as 25 years’ experience in veterinary private practice in the midlands.

The Minister for Agriculture is to appoint the 4 elected practitioners and they will commence their term on 1st January 2020.

The organisation is responsible for the regulation and management of the practise of veterinary medicine and nursing.
