Paul Loonam passed away following a workplace incident near Tullamore yesterday afternoon.

A man, who died in a workplace accident in Offaly, is being remembered as someone who devoted his life to boxing, sport and the community.

Paul Loonam passed away yesterday following an incident near Tullamore.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority are investigating the incident.
