Nicola Corbet is calling on the Government to revisit the nearest school policy.
An Offaly parent is suggesting the Government should re-examine what she's calling the "ridiculous" nearest school rule to stop it blocking children from school bus places.
Killeigh's Nicola Corbet is part of a group of parents that chose to avail of the pilot enrollment scheme for Killina Secondary School, thinking school bus places would be included.
They've unsuccessfully lobbied public representatives about the issue.
