Laois and Westmeath figures have moved steadily.
Offaly is the only Midlands county to record an increase in the median asking price for a house.
MyHome.ie and Bank of Ireland's Property Report for the first quarter of the year shows it now stands at €255,000, up by €5,000.
While prices in Laois and Westmeath have stayed largely static at €235,000 and just under €280,000 respectively.
