Tullamore Tidy Towns is making the move following a clean up on the Grand Canal on Sunday in which 20 bags of litter was recovered, ahead of a planned memorial walk for Ashling Murphy.
They plan to use their Facebook page going forward to post photos and videos of people who constantly don't clean up after their dogs and serial dumpers.
