A woman has been hospitalised following a crash in Offaly.
The incident occurred at around 6:50am this morning at Meelaghans Cross on the R420 Edenderry to Tullamore road.
One vehicle and a pedestrian were involved with a women in her late 20's brought to Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore.
Her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The Gardaí say the road has since been cleared and is now reopened.
