ESB Networks says it's working to fix the faults.
Over a thousand people in the midlands remain without power this morning after Storm Atiyah.
The worst hit areas include the Bushfield area of Athlone, where almost 1200 homes and businesses are affected, Ballinderry in Mullingar with 39, Lumcloon in Offaly with 30, and 16 without power in Delvin.
ESB Networks says its crews are working to rectify the issue, with power expected to be restored in the midlands between 1 and 2 o'clock this afternoon.
