Over €400,000 To Be Given To Midlands ETBs

€8 million has been granted nationally.

Midlands Education Training Boards are to be given over €400,000 euro in grants.

A total of €8 million in funding has been announced by Ministers Simon Harris and Niall Collins.

The Laois Offaly ETB and Longford Westmeath ETB are to receive €435,000 euro each.

Longford Westmeath TD and Junior Minister Peter Burke, has welcomed the funding saying that it can be used "for small scale works such as necessary infrastructure, improvement works and purchase of equipment."
