Pay Rise Due To Bord Na Mona Workers Deferred

The proposed 2% increase was included in the collective bargaining agreement.

Bord na Mona workers are frustrated after a pay rise has been deferred.

Independent TD Carol Nolan also says it's unacceptable as senior management made the decision without any consultation with union reps. 

In a letter to staff, management cited the company's continuing viability as a reason for not giving the proposed 2% increase.
