Plans Advance For Co-Op Redevelopment In Offaly Town

The landmark heritage building is set to be repurposed as a versatile community hub.

Plans to revitalise a former Offaly Co-Op building are entering a key new phase, with Part 8 planning now in its final stages. 

The landmark heritage property will be transformed into a flexible community hub, café and civic plaza under the Town Centre First initiative in Clara. 

Design proposals for the refurbishment and rear courtyard development are being finalised ahead of the planning submission.
