Plans have been submitted for 60 new homes in the midlands.
McKenzie Developments is seeking planning permission for the dwellings in the Kilnacourt housing estate in Portarlington.
Included are proposals for 16 houses, which are a mix of two-storey, two-bedroom, and two-storey three-bedroom buildings.
The submission also consists of plans for 44 apartments based in four blocks, split between one and two-bedroom dwellings.
A decision from Laois County Council is due on the 30th of April.
