Plans have been submitted for almost 70 new homes in the midlands.
Mistledale Limited is seeking permission from Westmeath County Council for the provision of 67 new dwellings in Hillquarter, Coosan, Athlone.
The development consists of plans for 32 two-storey, four-bedroom houses and 35 two or three-bedroom terraces.
Also included is a proposal to upgrade a section of the existing public sewer.
A decision from the local authority is due by the 18th of July.
