A pharmaceutical company is expanding to the county.
A plot of land at a Laois business park has been sold for nearly €1 million.
BNL Sciences has purchased the 3.75 hectare site, which was the final plot for sale at the J17 National Enterprise Park, in Portlaoise for €966,000.
The Kildare-based company supplies high-purity chemicals to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry in Naas.
