New positive mental health programme for the Midlands.
Ireland's national charity Aware will hold a new positive mental health programme across the Midlands.
The organisation supports people affected by depression, bipolar disorder and mood-related conditions.
The Life Skills Programme, which is free of charge will take place over a period of six weeks and is open to people aged 18 years and over.
People can secure your place with a booking deposit of 30 euro and 10 euro for students, over 65 years and medical card holder - which is refundable at the end.
Director of Services and Shinrone's Bríd O’Meara says the programme next month is based on cognitive behavioural therapy:
