Sale Of €1m Site In Laois 'Not Value For Money' Says Local Representative

Aisling Moran believes they should be getting an extra €56,000 per acre.

Laois County Council is underselling acres of land for a significant amount.

That's the thoughts of  Aisling Moran, who says she's delighted with the sale of a 3.4 hectare site at a business park in Laois, but believes they aren't getting value for money.

She thinks the council should be selling an acre of land for €131,000 instead of the current cost value of €75,000.
