It's an 'absolute shambles' that we have to share the road with disqualified drivers.
That's according to Susan Gray from the PARC Road Safety Group, speaking after a midlands motorist, who has been disqualified 27 times, was arrested last week.
Figures from the Road Safety Authority show less than a third of disqualified drivers between 2016 and 2022 surrendered their license.
