A Sinn Féin TD says she did not stage a walk-out in the Dáil during the annual vote on legislation to extend the powers of the Special Criminal Court.
During last night's voting block, Sinn Féin TDs vacated the chamber ahead of the ballot.
The party abstained last year - and, historically, had opposed the legislation on the Special Criminal Court.
