Student Body Outlines Disappointment At Government Stance On Fees

It wants an immediate reduction of €500.

The Union of Students of Ireland says its very disappointed to be told college fees will not be reduced this year. 

The Education Minister has said third level institutes can charge the full 3,000 euro contribution fee, even if a lot of coursework is delivered remotely.

The USI's calling for an immediate 500 euro reduction of the fee.
