The HSE has announced proposed plans to downgrade Our Lady's Hospital in Navan.

Campaigners against the downgrade of the Our Lady's Hospital in Navan are being encouraged to take to the streets.

Portlaoise Hospital Action Committee is issuing the advice following its own experience after the attempted downgrade of services at the Midlands Regional Hospital in Laois.

Locals there took significant action against the proposed change by publishing a counter-report to the Susan O'Reilly Report on the matter.
