He's inviting people to present their ideas about a more sustainable transport system in the county.
TV Producer Duncan Stewart is in Laois this Sunday exploring solutions for sustainable transport in the O'Moore County.
The architect says the event will be more of a public forum and he wants people to come and present their own ideas for the future.
It takes place in the Killeshin Hotel from 2-6pm.
Mr.Stewart says the government should ring-fence the carbon tax revenue to incentivise and help people in rural Ireland:
