Just under €10,000 worth of cannabis was seized during two searches.
Two arrests have been made following drug seizures in Laois.
A man his twenties was taken into custody following a discovery of €6,600 worth of cannabis in Portlaoise.
A second search of a house, also in Portlaoise - led to the seizure of cannabis valued at €3,200 and a man in his late 30's was arrested.
Both have been charged with Possession of Drugs for Sale or Supply and are due before Portlaoise district court.
