The company is creating 250 new positions in the midlands.

A vibrant company culture is being cited as a reason for Ericsson's success in the midlands.

The telecommunications multinational is adding 250 new jobs at its base in Athlone in range of roles over the next three years.

1,200 people are already employed there, with over 48 nationalities represented.
