A Westmeath bar and restaurant is officially re-opening today, after it was gutted by a fire.
Scanlon's in Kinnegad was extensively damaged by the blaze, which broke out early last month.
Its sister company, Byrne's in Ballivor, increased the number of days it serves food so staff at Scanlon's could keep their jobs while restoration works were underway.
Trevor Byrne, from Scanlon's Bar and Restaurant, says they've made a number of improvements to the business, and will officially re-open today at 7pm:
