Westmeath Councillor Wants Short Term Let Planning Exemptions For Self Caterers

The Housing Minister is being urged to consider planning exemptions for self-catering businesses in rural Ireland.

Sinn Fein rep for Kinnegad David Jones Minister James Browne to take action on the issue.

It comes as the Government plans to restrict short term lets in larger towns in order to help rural tourism.
