Street designers should bring forward creative ways to enhance the area around a derelict site owned by Westmeath County Council.
The old O'Neill's site on Mardyke Street in Athlone was bought five years ago by the local authority - but there's been no firm offers for sale since.
It's understood the site's location has been a factor for the lack of interest.
