Westmeath County Council Urged To Buy Larger Homes For Families In Need

Aengus O'Rourke believes overcrowded living conditions can adversely affect families.

Seven adults are living in a small three bedroom house in the midlands due to the lack of suitable accommodation. 

That's according to Fianna Fail's Aengus O Rourke, who wants Westmeath County County to acquire four-bed home to accommodate larger families.

He says living in a crowded space can have a negative impact on the families.
