Mr Burke's family are still looking for his release.
The family of Enoch Burke say he has been transferred from Mountjoy Prison to Castlerea Prison without explanation.
The Irish Examiner is reporting his brother Isaac Burke, the move to the Roscommon medium security facility took place on Sunday morning, just over 70km from the family home in Castlebar.
On February 20th, Mr Burke appeared in court for a hearing relating to his challenge to membership of a disciplinary panel convened to hear his appeal over his dismissal from Wilson’s Hospital School.
In the High Court on Monday, Isaac Burke said his brother was given no reason whatsoever for the transfer despite a January court order specifying detention at Mountjoy.
Mr Justice Brian Cregan said there was no evidence before the court confirming the move but invited a formal application supported by affidavit.
The judge said he would hear any such application on Tuesday, as the family seeks Burke’s release.
