A farm in Westmeath is up for sale for €1.2m.
The 166-acre site is located 7km kilometres outside Castlepollard at Newcastle and will be available in two lots.
The first consists of a 22-acre farm along with a house, which is being sold for around €250,000.
The remaining 144-acres is home to a Norman tower house and has a guide price of €950,000.
Both will go under the hammer on Thursday September 30th in Navan at 3pm.
