"Do Nothing Government" Can Lift Passenger Cap When It Wants - Michael O'Leary

The Ryanair chief is voicing his frustration over the time it's taking to lift the cap.

The Government could have the Dublin Airport passenger cap removed next week if it wished.

That's according to the head of Ryanair as the company demands Ministers remove the cap before the end of the year.

The Transport Minister did secure cabinet approval for a bill to allow this to happen back in September:
