John Hayden, David Dully and Michael O’Connor have officially left the club.
Athlone Town have announced new board members and directors.
US investor, Nick Giannotti, Andrew Beal, Andrea Clarke, club CEO Steven Gray, and club finance manager Emerson Farrelly will be in charge of running the day to day operations at the club.
The club have also confirmed the departures of former chairman John Hayden, former secretary David Dully, and former director of football/head of academy Michael O'Connor.
Chairman Nicholas Giannotti thanked the three men for all for their hard work, dedication, time and commitment to the football club over the past few years.
