At the start of the weekend Colaiste Choilm won through to the Br Bosco Leinster Football final.
It's proving to be a fruitful time of year for Offaly schools in championship competition.
Banagher College were crowned Leinster Champions in Rosenallis yesterday after they won their Leinster Post Primary Senior ‘B’ Hurling Final against Heywood CS.
After trailing by four at half time, Banagher managed to force the contest into extra-time where they found the energy to score 1-8 to Heywood's 1-2.
The final score in Laois was 2-27 to 4-15.
Elsewhere in the Leinster Brother Bosco Senior A Football Semi Finals on Friday, Colaiste Choilm of Tullamore booked their place in the decider with a late comeback against St Pat's of Navan in Killucan.
Despite trailing by three in the final quarter, Colaiste Choilm roared back to win the game 1-11 to 1-9, thanks in part to an outstanding individual score from Niall Furlong.
