Ballinamere Durrow are taking every ounce of experience they can from their journey to the Offaly Ladies Senior Football Championship final.
After winning the intermediate title in 2022, the club managed to get to the championship semi-finals last year before being beaten by the eventual champions Naomh Ciaran.
The clubs meet in this year's decider in Clara this weekend and Ballinamere/Durrow captain Roisin Mealiff believes her team are picking up invaluable knowledge every time they compete.
