The Edenderry man returns for a second spell as manager.
Greg Farrelly has been appointed the new manager of the Offaly Intermediate Ladies Football Team.
The Edenderry man will take charge of the team for the 2024 season.
This will be his second stint at the job, having led the Junior team to Leinster and All-Ireland glory in 2013, when they defeated Wexford by five points.
He was coach of the Junior and Minor teams from 2012-2016.
