Enniscorthy were too strong for Darin Classin's side.
Tullamore Rugby endured a difficult weekend in the Energia AIL.
The Offaly club were well beaten on a scoreline of 52-19 away to Wexford side Enniscorthy in Alcast Park on Saturday.
Enniscorthy raced in to a 19-0 lead before Tullamore fired back with a converted try of their own through Eoin Farrell.
However the Wexford club continued to rack up the scores throughout the contest to run out convincing winners.
It's Tullamore's fourth defeat from five games and they now sit in eighth place in the Division 2C standings.
Their next fixture is at home to Cork side Midleton on Saturday.
