The midlands will be represented on the international stage in athletics tomorrow.
Tullamore Harrier Danielle Donegan will be running for Ireland in the Women's Senior Cross Country Championships in Belgrade.
The Offaly runner has already picked up the national cross country championship and followed that with a top ten finish at the European Under 23 Championships in Belgium in December.
Donegan believes she's reached world senior level ahead of schedule.
