Liam Kearns is reflecting on Offaly's season so far.
Offaly's upcoming game against Longford is "not ideal" according the manager Liam Kearns.
The two sides are scheduled to meet once again in early April for their Championship opener.
The Faithful county have won two and lost two in their opening four league games in division three, while Longford have managed just the one draw against Tipperary.
Kearns says there's still plenty to fight for in the league but would have preferred to face Longford earlier in the campaign:
Our coverage of Longford versus Offaly is with thanks to Eden Décor Centre and their stunning heating and plumbing showrooms open at O’Connell Square Edenderry.
