Former Offaly Camogie Chairperson Mairead Haugh has been elected to the Leinster council.
She'll take up the position of Registrar with Leinster Camogie and Leinster Delegate to Ard Chomhairle of the Camogie Association.
The Kinnitty native defeated two Wexford candidates for the positions, Melanie Ni Dhuinn for registrar and Ailish Whitty for the role of delegate.
Haugh has previously spent time as Chairperson of Kinnitty camogie, secretary of Offaly camogie and a one year term as chairperson of the faithful's camogie association in 2020.
