The midlands derby is on the cards if both counties win their respective championship ties this weekend.
Laois are unbeaten in the competition this year, and will guarantee their spot in the decider with victory over Down in Portlaoise on Saturday afternoon.
While Offaly have bounced back from their opening day defeat to Laois, by beating both Westmeath and Meath.
They face Kerry on Sunday.
